How to prepare Mary Rose Christmas Time tea?

Pour 1-2 teaspoon of tea over water at a temperature of 95°C. Allow the tea to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Only brew the tea once - the tea leaves give off their full flavour and aroma the first time they are infused.
