Rope incense Yogi & Yogini Naturals are unique, handmade Nepalese-Tibetan incense sticks, woven by Nepalese women from herbs that grow in the Himalayas. The pack contains 21 incense sticks in 7 different scents corresponding to the Seven Chakras – 3 pieces for each chakra. How to use rope incense?

1. Light the incense with a match or lighter.
2. Wait for the incense to glow and blow out the flame.
3. As you extinguish the flame, you can close your eyes and think about the intention that will accompany your ritual.
4. Place the incense in a suitable incense holder or burner, away from flammable objects.
