Rope incense Yogi & Yogini Naturals are unique, handmade Nepalese-Tibetan incense sticks, woven by Nepalese women from herbs that grow in the Himalayas. The pack contains 21 incense sticks in 7 different scents corresponding to the Seven Chakras – 3 pieces for each chakra. The natural rope incense is perfect for meditation, yoga and other spiritual practices. They quickly fill a space with a pleasant fragrance that promotes relaxation and inner calm.

Chakras are energy centres in our body, responsible for different aspects of life, such as physical health, emotions, relationships and spirituality. When they are blocked, they can cause problems in these areas. Meditation with incense, whose scents have been selected according to each chakra, will help to restore balance, unblock the flow of energy and strengthen their function.

The seven aromatic compositions of the incense correspond to the Seven Chakras:

  • Root Chakra (Muladhara) – fragrance composition: juniper wood powder, sal tree resin, clove – reinforces a sense of security and stability, adding strength and motivation
  • Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana) – fragrance composition: juniper wood powder, sal tree resin, cinnamon – gives courage, stimulates creativity and passion
  • Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – fragrance composition: juniper wood powder, sal tree resin, bay leaf powder – boosts self-confidence, motivates and facilitates goal achievement
  • Heart Chakra (Anahata) – fragrance composition: juniper wood powder, sal tree resin – opens the heart to love, compassion and emotional healing
  • Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – fragrance composition: juniper wood powder, guggul, camphor, sal tree resin, ginger powder – facilitates self-expression and effective communication
  • Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – fragrance composition: juniper wood powder, guggul, camphor, sal tree resin* – strengthens intuition, mental clarity and deepens understanding of the world
  • Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – fragrance composition: juniper wood powder, guggul, camphor, sal tree resin* – stimulates spiritual growth, provides peace of mind and helps to connect with the wisdom of the universe

* The fragrance compositions for the Third Eye Chakra and the Crown Chakra contain the same ingredients, but in different proportions – they differ in scent and effect.

Incenses are more than just pleasant aromas wafting through the air. They have been used for centuries for their valuable properties. Hidden in the herbs, flowers, leaves, bark, twigs and resin of trees is the power of aromatic essential oils, which can influence our mood and emotions and create an extraordinary atmosphere around us. Already thousands of years ago, incenses were an important part of religious rituals. They were believed to protect against evil spirits, summon good energy and could even connect people to the inaccessible world of astral beings. Their power was already being used in ancient Egypt and Asia. The power of natural, herbal incense was also appreciated by the Indians of the Americas. The smoke from the incense aids meditation, allows deep reflection and a look into oneself. When we reach for incense, we tap into the wisdom and gifts of nature that have served mankind for centuries!
